Easter: Parcel Delivery Dates

It’s Easter next week and besides chocolate bunnies and treasure hunts, there are some parcel delivery interruptions to consider. Courier companies don’t deliver on holidays, so you’ll need to factor this in to your parcel delivery plans. The Transporter has kindly provided you with a chart for the Easter Holiday, but in essence, it’s this simple:

The Transporter 24 Hour Delivery Service

Our courier service is 24 hour – that is, collected one day and delivered the next. If you send three (3) or more parcels at the same time we also offer a cheap courier consignment rate of only $6.99 per parcel, which is clearly displayed in our quote results.

Place your parcel delivery order: Wednesday April 4th
Parcel collected on Thursday April 5th
Parcel delivered on Friday April 6th

*unless you specifically booked and paid extra for a Sunday delivery, in which case, your parcel will be delivered on Sunday April 8th.*

Expedited Holiday Courier Service…

Place your parcel delivery order: Friday April 6th or Saturday April 7th
Parcel collected on Saturday April 7th
Parcel delivered on Sunday April 8th

After this, the service returns to normal:
Place your parcel delivery order: Monday April 9th
Parcel collected on Tuesday April 10th
Parcel delivered on Friday April 11th
